Incontrol has the ability to schedule tasks for yourself or for the entire organization. Forms can be linked to these tasks. A task can only be completed if the corresponding form is filled in and completed.
In some cases, you may want to create a task for yourself or your colleagues while filling out your form. In that case, implement the task element in your form.
Explanation
You will find the task element among the action elements when you want to add an element.
Label
At label, if desired, a title can be given to the element. This title can be filled using aliases and/or calculations.
Text
Here you specify editable text. This can also be filled in by aliases and/or calculations.
Required
If you check this, the user must have filled in the element in order to finalize the concept.
Name
Here you enter the name of the task. This is the title of the task in the overview. It is convenient to fill this with values from your form using aliases, so that the task title is always unique.
Description
Here comes the description of the task. This is visible when the task is opened. It is convenient to fill this with values from your form using aliases.
Form
When a task can only be completed if a specific form is filled in, you indicate which form it concerns with this option.
Allow completion before the date
Here you specify a time frame for when it is allowed to complete the task before the user's entered time.
Allow completion after the date
Here you specify a time frame for when it is allowed to complete the task after the user's entered time.
Visible to everyone in the organization
Check this option if the task should be visible to everyone in the organization. By default, the task is only visible to the person who owns the document.
Settings
Here you can set the appearance and visibility of the element and also specify an alias for the element.
