How does the Checkbox List (text) element work?

With the Checkbox List (text) element, it's possible to let the user select one or more options from various checkboxes.

Explanation

The Checkbox List (text) element is located under the Input elements in the Form Builder.

Label

In the label field, you can specify a title for the element. This title can be filled using aliases and/or calculations.

Text

Here, you can enter text that is editable. This can also be filled using aliases and/or calculations.

Vertical or Horizontal

Indicate whether the values are displayed vertically or horizontally.

Required

If checked, the user must fill in the element to complete the concept.

Hide unchecked values from the document

Check this option if you want to show only the selected value as text in the document. The colored buttons will not be visible in the document but will be visible during the drafting process.

Values

Use the '+ Value' button to add a choice option for the user. Specify the name of the value. The value can be filled with aliases and/or calculations. Additionally, you can indicate whether it should be checked by default.

You can easily import values via the 'Import' button. This allows you to insert data from, for example, Excel.

Allow your own value

By selecting this option, the user can add a custom value to the concept.

Subformulieren

Voor dit element is het mogelijk om Subformulieren in te stellen. Afhankelijk van het gegeven antwoord krijgt de gebruiker passende content te zien.
