How does the address element work?

An address can appear in your document in several ways. Do you want to display an address like on letterhead? Then you use the address element.

Explanation

The address element is located below the input elements in the Form Builder.

Label

In the label section, if desired, a title can be given to the element. This title can be filled using aliases and/or calculations.

Text

Here you specify text that can be edited. This can also be filled in using aliases and/or calculations.

Required

When this is selected, the user must have filled in the element in the draft before it can be completed.

Hide the GPS button

Thanks to the address element, the user can automatically fill in the address using the GPS function of the device. With this option, you can enable or disable this possibility.

Hide the country

Do you know in advance that the user always has to enter an address in the Netherlands?Then you can choose to hide the country.

Default values

Under 'Default values', you can specify in advance what should be filled in. These values are then already filled in when starting a new draft. The user can then choose to adjust them.

Settings

Here you can specify the aliases and adjust the appearance and visibility.
