To prevent employees from anticipating the same recurring control questions, you can use the random container element. With the random container, you can generate a new set of questions each time, keeping employees alert and ensuring they are continuously engaged with the organization's quality, safety, and compliance.
Generating random data
When starting a draft, one or more subforms are automatically shown to the user. You determine the content of these subforms when creating them. These can be, for example, audit questions for conducting a cleaning check for a factory.
Using the element
Through the Form Builder, you can add 'Random container' to the form. You will immediately enter the editing of the element. Here you can add a label and text to clarify the element.
Under 'Number of containers to be randomly selected,' you indicate how many subforms should be randomly filled in.
Here you can read everything about using subforms.
If you choose to have more than one subform selected, the same one will never be shown twice.
Tip: Assign unique aliases to the contents of the different subforms so that you can easily download an overview in Excel later.
