How does the rating element work?

With the rating element, the user can provide a value judgment when filling out the form in response to a question. This element is typically used to indicate a score.

Explanation

The rating element is located under the input elements in the Form Builder.

Label

In the label field, you can specify a title for the element. This title can be filled using aliases and/or calculations.

Text

Here, you can enter text that is editable. This can also be filled using aliases and/or calculations.

Required

When this option is selected, the user must fill out the element before the draft can be completed.

Show only the selected value in the document

Check this option if you want to show only the selected value as text in the document.

Values

Use the '+ Value' button to add a choice option for the user. You can input up to three characters here. The value can be filled using aliases and/or calculations. Additionally, you can specify whether this value should be pre-checked by default.

You can easily import values ​​via the 'Import' button. You can then insert data from, for example, an Excel file.

Subforms

For this element, it is possible to set up subforms, so the user will see different content depending on the chosen answer.
