How does the checkbox element work?

With the checkbox element, the user can easily check or uncheck an option. This can be useful, for example, to have someone agree to certain terms and conditions.

Explanation

The checkbox element is located under the input elements in the Form Builder.

Label

In the label field, you can specify a title for the element. This title can be filled using aliases and/or calculations.

Text

Here, you can enter text that is editable. This can also be filled using aliases and/or calculations.

Value

Here you specify the value where the user indicates whether they want to check or uncheck it. You can fill this value using aliases and/or calculations.

Enable by default

Here you specify whether the answer is initially checked when starting a new concept.

Required

When this option is selected, the user must fill out the element before the draft can be completed.

Subforms

For this element, it is possible to set up subforms, so the user will see different content depending on the chosen answer.

Here, you can specify the aliases and set the formatting and visibility.
