Starting August 12, 2024, the login domain for Incontrol users will change to portal.incontrol.app. For Inspect4All and Dé Opleverapp users, it will remain unchanged. Custom domains will be converted to [customdomain].incontrol.app.
ℹ️ Inspect4All, Dé Opleverapp, and whitelabel applications are all powered by Incontrol software. Even after the change, you will continue to use Inspect4All, Dé Opleverapp, and your own custom application as usual.
Starting August 12, 2024, there will be some important changes with the login urls for different user groups. As a user, you do not have to take any immediate action. The old familiar urls will continue to work, but we advise you to make the changes below. This is to avoid possible problems in the future.
Here’s what you need to know:
1. Incontrol Users:
- The login domain will change from portal.getincontrol.eu to portal.incontrol.app. Make sure to update any saved bookmarks or hyperlinks to the new URL after August 12, 2024.
2. Inspect4All and Dé Opleverapp Users:
- For Inspect4All and Dé Opleverapp users, the login domain will remain unchanged. You will continue to use portal.inspect4all.com and portal.deopleverapp.nl respectively. No further action is required.
3. Whitelabel Application Users:
- Some custom applications currently use customdomain.inspect4all.com and others use customdomain.getincontrol.eu. Starting August 12, 2024, all custom domains will be converted to customdomain.incontrol.app.
ℹ️ While automatic redirects will be set up, we recommend updating any saved bookmarks or hyperlinks to the new URLs after August 12, 2024.
