What happens to service emails after the domain change?

Starting August 12, 2024, our sender of service emails will change from noreply@getincontrol.eu to noreply@incontrol.app. Please adjust your inbox filters/rules if necessary to continue receiving our emails

Starting August 12, 2024, our service emails will be sent from noreply@incontrol.app instead of noreply@getincontrol.eu. If you have specific filters or rules set up in your inbox for emails from Incontrol, please add @incontrol.app to these rules. This ensures that you continue to receive our emails without interruption. For Dé Opleverapp and Inspect4All, the sender will also be noreply@incontrol.app.

It's important to ensure that all relevant inbox filters and rules are updated to accommodate this change with our domain. This applies to all users, including those using Inspect4All, Dé Opleverapp, and custom/whitelabel applications. This way, all our communications and service emails will continue to reach your inbox correctly and on time.

ℹ️ All applications powered by Incontrol software, such as Inspect4All, Dé Opleverapp, and various custom applications, use the same sender for service emails. If you are a custom customer with your own SMTP server configured, your current email setup and sender will remain unchanged.
