Table of contents
Explanation
Within Incontrol, there are several places where you can modify document settings. Documents can be configured at the Endpoint level (only available for Enterprise with a branded app), at the Organization level, and within the form itself.
Endpoint
Settings for documents at the Endpoint level are configured for all documents of every organization within the endpoint.
Organization
Settings for documents at the Organization level are configured for all documents within that organization. Here, you can override the settings of the endpoint.
Form
The settings within the form only apply to documents generated from that form. They can override the settings of the organization and endpoint.
Available Settings
Language
The language setting controls the date and time format in the final document.
Delete Documents After X Days
The inherit option is always selected by default. This means the document settings from a higher level (organization or endpoint) are used. You can also set after how many days a document is automatically deleted from the cloud.
Font
Choose the font for your document. The default font is Century Gothic.
Font Size
Set the size of the text in your document.
Line Spacing
Decide how much space should be between the lines in the document.
Title Page
Choose whether to include a title page. You can also inherit the settings from a higher level or turn it on/off.
Table of Contents
Decide whether to include a table of contents and whether to inherit the settings from a higher level.
Organization Logo
Choose whether to display your organization logo. You can select which logo to display or inherit the logo from a higher level.
Page Numbers
Decide whether to show page numbers and whether to inherit the settings from the organization or endpoint.
Export New Documents
Link an export profile to your document settings. All new documents will then automatically be sent to the linked export profile.
