How do I import data from an external data source?

With a premium license, you can import data from external systems. To set up the connection, you need someone with IT knowledge in your organization. This can be someone from your own IT department or someone from the system you want to connect with.

Tip: A connection means that systems communicate with each other via an API (connection between systems).
