What is an Enterprise environment?

An Enterprise environment is your organization's own Incontrol environment, with a unique domain name (e.g. yourcompany.incontrol.app). This allows you to work in a fully private environment, separate from other organizations.

You can access this environment using the official Incontrol app on your phone or tablet.

Set up on Android

1. Open the Google Play Store and download the app Incontrol Formulieren.

2. Open the app and tap Log in.

3. At the bottom, tap Set up next to Custom app klant?

4. Enter your domain name: yourcompany.incontrol.app

   • Or: scan the QR code provided by your organization.

5. Tap Set up custom app.

6. The correct domain will now be configured.

7. Log in with your existing credentials.

8. The app will synchronize with your environment.

You can now start working with your own forms, drafts, and completed documents.

Set up on iOS

1. Open the App Store and download the app Incontrol Inspect.

2. Open the app and tap Log in.

3. At the bottom, tap Set up next to Own domain?

4. Enter your domain name: yourcompany.incontrol.app

   • Or: scan the QR code from your organization.

5. Tap Set up custom app.

6. The correct domain will now be configured.

7. Log in with your existing credentials.

8. The app will sync with your environment.

You can now start working in your own company environment.

Common mistakes and tips

Important: Always enter the full domain name, like companyname.incontrol.app.
Do not use www or other additions.

Tip: Ask your application admin for the QR code to speed up the setup process.
