You can purchase a license for Dé Opleverapp/Incontrol on a monthly or yearly basis. Additionally, you can choose to pay monthly or through direct debit.
Canceling a license with direct debit
If you pay through direct debit, we will automatically debit your account for the new term at the end of your license and extend the license for another month or year, depending on your chosen license. You can cancel your license by logging in with your email address and password in your computer or laptop browser. Then navigate to Organization and then to Subscription.
In the overview of your subscription, you'll see a purple bar indicating the expiration date of your license. On the right, you can click on Disable Automatic Renewal, and your license will stop on the date shown in the purple bar.
Purchasing individual licenses
It's also possible to purchase individual licenses for a specific number of users for a certain number of months/years each time. Your license will then run until the end date, and if you want to renew, you'll need to purchase a new license. Canceling is not necessary since your license runs until the end date and automatically stops afterward.
