Within Incontrol, we have already standardized many forms and put them into a Template Store. This allows users to easily add the forms and get started right away.
Explanation
In "My Forms," you can click on the plus sign in the top right corner. Here, you can choose either "Build your own form" or select from one of the categories. You will then see the templates within these categories.
In "Form Builder," you can click on the plus sign in the bottom right corner and choose "Add form from the Template Store." Select one of the categories, and you will see the templates within these categories.
To add a form, you have two options:
- Select the form and choose "Install" at the bottom.
- Click the blue download icon to the right of the form you want to install.
To open a form, you also have two options:
- Select the form and choose "Open" at the bottom. Here, you can also choose to go directly to the form builder by clicking "Edit." Forms from the template store can also be customized by you.
- Click the grey icon to the right of the form.
