      Being able to use an Excel file offline

      Discover the freedom of working offline. Learn how to make your Excel file available offline.

      When an Excel file (connector) is linked to a form, you can make that this data is also available when the user has no active internet connection (with the app).

      1. Go to Incontrol's web environment.
        If you have your "own domain" in our product, go to this url (endpoint). If you are using another brand that Maxd'Oro offers, check out:

      1. Log in, as an organization administrator, with your login credentials.
      2. Navigate to the 'Organization' section.
      3. Go to 'Connectors' and create a new one.
        Read the article "Upload an Excel file" 
      4. Under the "Settings" section, make sure the "Store the data on mobile devices for when there is no internet " checkbox is checked. The app will then save the complete content locally, so it can be searched regardless of an active connection.
        Make the content in the Excel sheet available by selecting the correct checkbox in the settings segment

      This functionality is currently only available to users with the iOS app. Linked Google Drive sheets or Microsoft OneDrive Excel files cannot be used offline.
