With Incontrol, it is possible to have your forms signed with a signature. Thanks to the "share document" feature, these are legally valid. This allows you to send the document to the person whose signature is required. You can then track whether this person has seen that it has been signed.
Explanation
The signature element is located under the input elements in the Form Builder.
Label
If desired, a title can be given to the element at the label. This title can be filled using aliases and/or calculations.
Text
Here, you specify a text that can be edited. This can also be filled using aliases and/or calculations.
Required
If you check this, then the user must have filled in the element to be able to complete the draft.
Settings
Here, you can set the design and visibility.
When do I put my signature?
After filling in a draft, you can sign it. So, you do this before you finalize your draft. After signing your document, you cannot make any more adjustments.
