Setting up the application in your own business environment

Are you a user who utilizes the Incontrol application through your own Enterprise environment? In other words, an Incontrol environment with its own domain name?

With the Incontrol iOS and Android app, you can also use your own Enterprise environment instead of the standard Incontrol portal.

Set up

Follow the steps below for Android or iOS to set up the Incontrol app for your Enterprise environment.

Android

1. Open the Google Play Store and download the 'Incontrol Forms' application.
2. Open the Incontrol application and click on Login.
3. At the bottom, under 'Custom app for customer?', click on 'Setup'.
4. Enter [your environment].getincontrol.eu here (or scan the unique code) and click on 'Setup Custom app'.
5. The correct domain will be set up.
6. Enter your already known login credentials and click on 'Login'.
7. The app will be prepared, set up, and synchronized. You can now continue working in your own environment with your own forms, drafts, and completed documents.

iOS

1. Open the App Store and download the 'Incontrol Inspect' application.
2. Open the Incontrol application and click on Login.
3. At the bottom, under 'Own domain?', click on 'Setup'.
4. Enter [your environment].getincontrol.eu here (or scan the unique code) and click on 'Setup Custom app'.
5. The correct domain will be set up.
6. Enter your already known login credentials and click on 'Login'.
7. The app will be prepared, set up, and synchronized. You can now continue working in your own environment with your own forms, drafts, and completed documents.
