      Using the Android app for Cases, Tasks and Tags?

      In the latest Incontrol Android app, there is not yet support for the Cases, Tasks and Tags module. These components are still being developed.

      To (continue to) use these features in the Android app, you can (temporarily) use the Inspect4All app. Follow the steps below.

      Steps

      1. Fully synchronize the Incontrol application
        1. Ensure that all data in the current Incontrol app is fully synchronized with the server. This prevents data from being lost during the transition.
        2. Open the Incontrol app on your Android device.
        3. Go to the menu and select the sync option.
        4. Wait until the synchronization is complete and check that all recent changes have been updated on the server (via the browser).
      2. Log out of the Incontrol application
        1. In the Incontrol app, go to the menu and click on 'Settings'.
        2. Click on 'log out'.
      3. Uninstall the Incontrol application
        These steps may vary slightly per Android version
        1. Close the Incontrol app.
        2. Press and hold the Incontrol app (tile).
        3. Select 'App info'.
        4. Select 'Delete'.
        5. Confirm with 'OK'.
      4. Download Inspect4All from the Google Play Store
        1. Open the Google Play Store
        2. Search for 'Inspect4All Form and PDF App'.
        3. Download Inspect4All.
      5. Set up custom domain
        1. Open the Inspect4All app.
        2. Select 'Setup' under 'Set up custom app?'.
        3. As URL enter 'portal.getincontrol.eu'.
        4. Now select 'Setup Custom app'.
      6. Log in and get started
        1. Log in with the same login credentials as before.
        2. Synchronize the application completely.
        3. Get started and use the Inspect4All app!
