How to optimize provided text with Incontrol AI within your inspection?

Learn how to use Incontrol AI to optimize provided text within your inspections on iOS and Android.

With the help of Incontrol AI, you can now easily optimize provided text within your inspections using the updated Incontrol apps for iOS and Android. If you have entered text in an input text field within your inspection, you can press the Incontrol AI button above the keyboard. You will now have the following options:

• Spell Check: Will check and correct spelling errors based on the provided text.
• Summarize: Will generate a summary based on the provided text.
• Make Longer: Will try to make the text longer based on the provided text.

How to use Incontrol AI:

1. Enter text in an input text field within your inspection.
2. Press the Incontrol AI button above the keyboard.
3. Select one of the following options:
   • Spell Check
   • Summarize
   • Make Longer
4. A sheet will appear with the suggested text.
5. Accept the suggested text or click outside the sheet to dismiss it.
