How do I change the header and footer of the document

By default, for example, the footer is set to a "sample text", but this text can be changed. You can also set what information should appear in the header or footer.

For all documents within your organization, set this up in one place.
  1. Go to the Incontrol web environment.
If you use another brand that Maxdoro offers, check out:
    1. Inspect4All
    2. Dé Opleverapp
  2. Log in, as administrator, with your login details
  3. Navigate to the menu "Organization" and then "Document settings"
  4. Uncheck/disable the "Default values" under the heading "PDF file/Word document" (right in the bar)
Disable default settings at PDF/Word document to get more options
  5. Additional options have now become available in the "PDF file/Word document" section. Set here the desired layout and information items you want to show on the:
    1. First page (Title page)
      1. Page header
        left, right and line color
      2. Page footer
Line color and a static footer text placed only on the first page
Customize headers and footers from the first page
    2. Default page
      1. Page header
        left, right and line color
      2. Page footer
        left, right and line color
Customize headers and footers from the default page(s)
Note: Depending on your license, you may not be able to set some components and layout adjustments.
  6. Save the "Document Settings." Any draft that is now finalized to a document (PDF) will use this setting. Optionally you can overwrite these "Document settings" per form with unique "Document setting".
