How do I change the header and footer of the document

By default, for example, the footer is set to a "sample text", but this text can be changed. You can also set what information should appear in the header or footer.

This guide explains how to adjust the document settings for your organization.
These settings determine the layout of all documents (PDF or Word files) generated within your organization.

When you disable this option, additional layout settings become available.

Step 3: Set up the layout

You can now configure the layout for the first page (title page) and the standard pages.

First page (title page)

  • Header: set left, right, and line color

  • Footer: choose a line color and optionally add static text (shown across the full width of the first page)

Customize headers and footers from the first page

Standard pages

  • Header: set left, right, and line color

  • Footer: set left, right, and line color

Note: Depending on your license, you may not be able to set some components and layout adjustments.

Step 4: Save your settings

Click Save to store your changes.
From now on, all documents (PDFs) created from finalized drafts will use these layout settings.

If you want to use a different layout for a specific form, you can override these settings by adding custom Document settings for that form.
