User Rights in Incontrol

Under user settings, a user with the right to manage organization users can set rights for users within the organization. A user in an organization can be granted the following rights:

  1. Organization administrator.
  2. Manage organization users/groups
  3. Manage organization forms
  4. Manage organization data sources
  5. Manage organization exports
  6. Manage organization tasks
  7. Manage organization cases
  8. Manage organization documents/drafts

Below is described what the rights entail for a user.

Organization administrator

If someone is granted organization administrator rights, rights 1 through 8 are automatically granted. Additionally, an organization administrator can also view and modify the subscription settings.

Manage organization users/groups

A user with these rights can:

  • Add and remove users.
  • View and modify all users in the organization.
  • Add and remove groups.
  • View and modify all groups in the organization.

Manage organization forms

A user with these rights can:

  • Add or remove forms.
  • Adjust settings of forms.
  • Build and modify forms using the FormBuilder.
  • View all forms in the organization.

Manage organization data sources

A user with these rights can:

  • Add or remove a data source.
  • Adjust settings of data sources.
  • View all data sources in the organization.
(This applies unless the organization has taken a managed solution.)

Manage organization exports

A user with these rights can:

  • Create an export of document (statistics).

Manage organization tasks

A user with these rights can:

  • View and modify all tasks in the organization.

Manage organization cases

A user with these rights can:

  • View and modify all cases in the organization.

Manage organization documents/drafts

A user with these rights can:

  • View and modify all documents and drafts in the organization.
