How to make a payment?

Want to make a first payment, or change your payment method? Through the 'Organisation' settings, you can do all that yourself.

  1. Go to Incontrol's web environment.
    If you use another brand that Maxdoro offers, check out:

  2. Log in, as an organization administrator, with your login credentials.
  3. Navigate to the 'Organization' section.
  4. Go to 'Subscription'.
  5. Choose 'Extend your subscription'.
    On the 'Organisation' > 'Subscription' page you can see that you have an active licence
  6. In the overlay, you can now adjust the subscription and payment data before making the actual payment. These include:
    1. Pay per month or per year
    2. License Basic, Professional and Premium
      Compare the differences between the licenses here. (in Dutch)
    3. Number of users
    4. The desired period (months or years)
    5. The payment method (iDeal, Credit Card, PayPal, Bancontact and Bank transfer)

      1. If you want to automatically renew the license, check the "Auto renew subscription" box.
    1. Invoice information (pre-filled with the known company information):
      1. Invoice address
      2. Invoice email address
      3. VAT number
    2. Confirm the selection and make the payment.
      When you renew your subscription, you can also change your billing information.
    3. You will now be prompted to make the payment in a new screen (our payments are handled by Mollie).
    4. When the payment is completed, you are automatically taken back to the 'Transactions' overview within Incontrol. Here you can also download the invoice.

Change payment method

Is it necessary to change your payment method (or bank account number) because "Automatic renewal" is on? For this too, go to the 'Organization' > 'Subscription' page. A header is visible at the top of the page, indicating when the next automatic payment will be made. In the same header is a button 'Cancel auto renewal'. Click this button to disable automatic renewal. The next scheduled payment will then no longer be made.

To switch payment method (or bank account number) now, or to prevent your subscription from expiring, you can now make an one-time manual payment. To do so, follow the steps as described above and do not forget to turn on "Auto renew subscription" again.

Subscription statuses

Expired

Your subscription or trail has expired. When you make a payment, you can immediately use all the features belonging to your licence type again.The 'Organisation' > 'Subscription' page shows that your subscription has expired

Automatic renewal

Your subscription will be renewed automatically. The payment is made a few days before the actual expiry date of your subscription. Via the 'Transactions' page, you can view all (current) payments and invoices.

Active subscription

You have an active subscription. Via the 'Subscription' overview in your organisation, you can see until when your subscription is active. If automatic renewal is not activated, you can also manually renew your subscription here.

Of course, new paid licenses/periods are added to the current expiry date. You will not lose any hours/days if you make a new (manual) payment earlier.
