Wat staat er in het nieuwe End User Agreement?

1. Incontrol.Inspect and Incontrol.Fix
We have clarified which features are included in each subscription type. Our platform now consists of two capabilities:

• Incontrol.Inspect — digital capture of inspection data and automated generation of inspection reports. Included in all subscription types.
• Incontrol.Fix — registration and tracking of findings, and real-time monitoring of their status until resolution. Available as part of Company subscriptions.

2. Named User policy
Each paid licence is personal and may only be used by the individual to whom it is assigned. All Named Users — including subcontractors, contractors and freelancers working on your behalf — must be registered with an email address on your company's own domain. The use of personal or third-party business email addresses for Named User registration is not permitted.

3. Support via WhatsApp, email and Help Center
We have introduced a new way to reach our support team. All support requests must now be submitted through one of the following channels:

• WhatsApp — our preferred channel for fast handling
• Email — support@maxdoro.nl
• Help Center — helpcenter.incontrol.app/nl

Telephone support remains available exclusively for urgent matters, specifically where our Software is completely unavailable. For all other requests, we kindly ask you to submit a ticket first.

4. Data protection (GDPR)
We have updated our data protection clauses to fully reflect the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Key additions include:

• A clear description of the roles of controller (you) and processor (us);
• An extended data breach procedure with a notification commitment of within 36 hours;
• Your right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

5. Cybersecurity
We have added a dedicated cybersecurity clause describing our security obligations and incident response procedure. In the event of a security incident affecting your data, we will notify you within 36 hours. We also fulfil our obligations under the NIS2 Directive.

6. AI
Our Software includes AI-powered features. We have added a new clause explaining how these features work, what you can expect from AI-generated output, and how we ensure responsible use in accordance with the EU AI Act.

7. External Users
We have formalised the position of External Users — individuals who access our Software via your account to contribute to your inspection flows. External Users are bound by this Agreement. We will only contact External Users for marketing purposes if they have given their explicit consent.
