Where in Dé Opleverapp can I create and manage reports?

Condition: Your user account must have been assigned the organizational right to "manage organization forms".

1. Open forms

  1. Log in to Dé Opleverapp with your account.

  2. In the menu on the left, click Forms. You can recognize this option by the green gear icon.

  3. You will now see an overview of all forms in your organization. Here you can open and manage existing forms.


2. Start a new form

  1. In the top right, click the + icon with the text New form.

  2. Choose one of the following options:

    • Template form – Open a form from the template store. A template is a useful starting point for a new form.

    • Add empty form – Start completely from scratch.


3. Add a section

A form consists of sections. Think of a section as a chapter within your form.

  1. Click Add section.

  2. Build your form step by step within this section. You can fully customize it to your own needs.
