Can I prepare a report (provide data for use)?

It is possible to prepare a report.

You can open the report both on your desktop/browser and within the app. Go to your report (under 'my forms') and then start a new draft.

Fill in the fields to be prepared here. When you're done, choose save and close the draft. (If in the app: synchronize the app so that the draft is sent to the server and all entered data is securely stored). You can then reopen the draft at the location to continue the inspection/audit.
