# Creating a new form

The foundation of Incontrol lies in its powerful Form Builder. You can easily get started with creating your forms yourself.

#### Explanation

You can build forms from [the browser version](https://portal.incontrol.app) of Incontrol. Log in with your email address and password.

To create a new form, there are two options

1. Under 'My forms', you can click the plus sign at the top right. Then click on 'Build your own form' to create a new form.

2. Under 'Form builder', you can click the plus sign at the bottom right and choose 'Add empty form'
