How do I add an image or photo from the Form Builder?

Adding a static image

From the Form Builder, add a new element and then choose 'Image' under 'Static'.

Immediately after adding, you will see a pop-up screen of the newly added element. You can set up the element completely according to your preferences. By default, you will see the general settings. On the left side, you can also view the display settings of the element.

Label and Text

Using a 'Label' and 'Text' you can provide an explanation. This value will be shown to the user and in the document, unless otherwise specified in the other settings.

Image

Here you can add an image. Click on the space where the image should appear, and you will get a pop-up allowing you to add the photo from your PC or laptop's explorer.

Note: You can only add one image per element.

URL

It is possible to add a URL to the image. This allows the user to open an associated website while filling out the form. Additionally, the website can also be opened from the final report.

Display settings

On the left side, you can also find the display settings for the element by clicking on the gears.
