When you create a new form, you will immediately see the form settings. You can also find these by clicking on the gear icon in the top right corner of the Form Builder.
Explanation
In the form settings, you can adjust the following:
Global
On the left side, you can find the global settings by clicking on the 'i' icon.
Security groups that can use this form
Here you can check the groups that are allowed access to this form.
Reference
Here you can assign an attribute to the form. You can then use this for potential connections with an API or Webhook.
Icon
Give the form an icon. This icon will be displayed to the user under 'My forms'.
Form history
Form history
Here you can review the history of the form. Each time changes are made and saved, a history moment is created. Want to go back to previous changes? You can do that here by clicking on the respective version.
Back up latest version
Make a backup here so that your saved data won't be lost if something goes wrong. Secure your backup with a strong password and download it to your device. (Tip: Save the backup in a separate backup folder on your device so that you can easily find all backups). To restore the backup, click on 'Restore backup', choose the saved backup file, and enter the chosen password.
