What is the "follow-up" function and how can I use this option?

Do you want to share a part of your document or findings with someone else? For example, informing a colleague, contractor or (technical) third party with your finding(s). The "Follow-up" function within Incontrol can be used.

The follow-up function is activated via a container. In this way it is possible to only send specific data within that container. Sending is done via mail. This way, you can trigger an action to a third party while you are filling out your form.

Follow-up

Adding the "Follow-up" function is done by adding a container and edit the container element in the form builder.

Then click on "Follow-up possible". By enabling this option, you have made it possible to use the follow-up function with this container while working with the form template.

All elements and information placed within this container will be sent to the recipient by mail.

In practice

You can use the "Follow-up" function while completing your draft (via web, iOS and Android). In the upper right corner, click on the email icon next to the container where you have enabled 'Follow-up possible'.
