How do I send my logs? (Bug report)

If you encounter a problem on the iOS or Android app, sharing your problem as quick as possible will help us a lot, because logging is only stored on your device for 3 days. This article explains how you can view your logging and report it to us (bug report).

What is logging

Logging is the code that developers can read to see how the app behaves. If an error/bug occurs in the app, developers can find the cause by reading  the logging.

How do I send a bug-report?

IOS

Now open the Incontrol app and go to 'Settings' at the bottom right. Then click on 'Report problem'.

Next, you can add a message. Explain the problem as clear as possible, in this way developers understand what you experience. Then click on send. Now, we will receive your logs and our development team can figure out how to fix the problem.

Android

If your device runs on Android, you can send your logs the following way. Go to settings at the top right on the three dots. A dropdown menu appears. Click on the "Report a bug" option.

After sending the email with the logging, you can submit a request via the help center, mentioning that you shared the logging with us. We will then contact you to resolve the problem.
