Data stored with an inspection is securely written to the server.
For this, we use Microsoft Azure (West & Nord Europe). From here, all the information that was previously built and entered is also retrieved as soon as you need it.
This data can be downloaded as a PDF file (My Documents), but can also be reused for a re-inspection, for example.You can make a new copy of each document again. This new draft contains all data from the original document which you can now easily modify, add new or delete information. This draft can then also be finalized into a new document. Another possibility is to use the document as input to a form via a 'Document import' element within the template.
Security
Maxdoro considers information security to be its core competence and we therefore make no concessions in this area. The application has been developed according to the security standards set by the Center for Information Security and Privacy Protection. The application server is located in an ISO 27001/2 certified data center in the Netherlands. Maxdoro itself is also ISO 27001 certified.
