Add an authenticator application

Would you like to log in securely within Incontrol? Then you can use multifactor authentication. In this article, we will explain how to set this up for your account. As an authenticator app, you can use, for example, Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, or Authy.

1. Log in via https://portal.getincontrol.eu with your login credentials on the web
2. Click on 'My settings' at the bottom left
3. Click on 'Edit'
4. In the left menu, click on 'Authenticator app'
5. Open the authenticator app of your choice on your device
6. Scan the QR code on the screen, Confirm the authenticator app with the code you receive.

You have now added an authenticator app to your account. Every time you want to log in on the web or in the app, you will need your authenticator app. This way, your account is well-secured, and you prevent others from accessing your account without authorization.
