How do I update my company information on the invoice?

Invoices sent and/or downloadable from Incontrol include the company information set on the organization 'Information' page.

An automatic invoice is generated for each payment that is successfully made. To ensure that this data is correct on the invoice, you can view, manage and/or modify it at all times through Incontrol Organization CMS.

Edit company information

  1. Go to Incontrol's web environment.
    If you use another brand that Maxd'Oro offers, check out:

  2. Log in, as an organization administrator, with your login credentials.
  3. Navigate to the 'Organization' section.
    As an administrator, choose the Organization menu to edit the company information.
  4. Go to 'Data'.
  5. Here you can view, modify and save your billing data. This includes the following data:
    1. Billing address
      1. Company name
      2. Payment reference
      3. Street and house number
      4. Zip code
      5. City
      6. Country
    2. Email address for invoicing
    3. VAT number
      At 'General' you can modify the Organization's Data.

Making a payment

The known organization details are pre-populated by default when a new (manual) payment is made. Always check this data before making a new payment. This pre-filled organization data can still be changed before the payment is made. When the data during the payment is changed, at the same time the billing data at organization level will also be updated.
